How we start and what you get.
The first step is a bootcamp on your data. Then deployment and ongoing care, if the prototype passes your tests.
Bootcamp
Your process. Your data. A working prototype.
Joint work by your team and Aiversum on one real task. We start with reading data and drafts. Write permissions are added only when the process requires it, after a separate assessment.
- 01Before the bootcamp
We agree the goal, prepare representative data, confirm access rules and the people needed. Your IT receives the security documents before the first access.
- 02Day one
We map the process: inputs, steps, systems, decisions. We set correctness criteria and build the first version of the agent.
- 03Day two
We test on correct and unusual examples, including gaps in the data. We fix, record limitations, and show the process owner.
- 04What stays in the company
A prototype of one scenario, a test record, a list of needed integrations and access, a plan for moving to a pilot. Production launch is the next stage.
Who to invite: the process owner, the person who performs the task, an IT or security representative.
Further stages
Readiness audit
A review of your environment for agents: identities, access, data, log. Scope agreed at order.
External AI team
Maintenance, quality monitoring, further processes, demonstrations for employees. Scope agreed at order.
Pricing
The bootcamp is priced for the agreed scope. You receive the quote after the first conversation, before booking a date. Deployment and ongoing cooperation have separate terms. The offer also states model, infrastructure and licence costs and the vendor's scope of responsibility.
